1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nova30 website ("Website"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Account

Registration on the Website is carried out by invitation from the administrator. By registering, you agree to:

  • provide a valid email address;

  • verify your email address by following the link in the confirmation email;

  • not share your account credentials with third parties;

  • use a strong password.

I reserve the right to restrict or block access to an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1. Website Content

All materials published on the Website (texts, images, files) belong to their respective authors. Full or partial reproduction of materials is permitted only with a reference to the original source, unless otherwise specified by the author.

Each publication indicates the level of AI involvement in its creation.

3.2. User Content

By publishing materials on the Website, you:

  • confirm that you have the right to publish them;

  • grant me a non-exclusive right to display them on the Website;

  • assume responsibility for the content of the published materials.

I reserve the right to remove any publication from public access without prior notice, including on the basis of legal requirements or violations of these Terms.

4. File Uploads

The following restrictions apply when uploading files to the Website:

  • maximum file size — 40 MB;

  • permitted formats: JPEG, PNG, ZIP, TXT, PDF, FB2, XML, RTF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, MOBI, EPUB, BIN, MD.

It is prohibited to upload files containing malicious software, infringing on the copyrights of third parties, or violating the laws of Ukraine.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in actions that disrupt the operation of the Website, including but not limited to:

  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other users' accounts, or the server infrastructure;

  • automated mass requests (bot activity) without prior consent;

  • publishing content that violates the laws of Ukraine or the rights of third parties.

6. Proof-of-Publication

A manifest containing cryptographic hashes of the content is automatically generated for each publication on the Website. This manifest records the fact and time of publication and may be used as confirmation of authorship. The manifest is not a legal document, but may serve as evidence in copyright disputes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nova30 shall not be liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to the use of or inability to use the Website;

  • loss of data caused by technical failures;

  • content published by users of the Website.

9. Changes to the Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
